Middle School Student Physical Activity Survey

The Wellness Committee prepared a short survey to measure Middle School student’s physical activity level during a one week period. The following findings will be presented at the next Wellness Committee Meeting scheduled for December 15, 2015. The Committee will discuss the findings and will make recommendations based on the survey results.
